These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Anytime Golf’s facility and website. By booking or entering our premises, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

1. Eligibility & Access

• You must be at least the age of majority in British Columbia to book and use our facility, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• All bookings must be made online and paid in advance using a valid credit card.

• Entry to the facility is granted through a digital access link (e.g., CloudKey) sent to your registered email or mobile number.

 

2. Facility Use Guidelines

• Maximum 4 players  per simulator bay unless otherwise approved.

• Customers must exit the bay promptly at the end of their scheduled time.

• No loitering or allowing unregistered guests.

• Clean indoor shoes are required. No cleats, boots, or muddy footwear.

• No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or recreational drugs are permitted.

 

3. Responsible Use

You agree not to:

• Damage or tamper with equipment or software.

• Permit unauthorized individuals to access the facility using your account.

• Engage in disruptive, unsafe, or offensive behavior.

• You are financially liable for any damage caused by you or your guests.

 

4. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Bookings may be made up to 30 days in advance.

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit.

• No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations or changes made within 24 hours unless due to facility error.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Use of the facility is at your own risk. Users must be in good physical condition and medically fit to participate in golf simulator activities. You must not use the facility if you are injured, unwell, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Anytime Golf is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages sustained on the premises, except where required by law. You are responsible for using the equipment safely and ensuring your own physical readiness for participation.

 

 

6. Store & Facility Policies

The following rules apply to all users of the facility:

• No Unauthorized Alteration of Equipment: Do not alter or adjust simulators, lighting, or technical equipment. Any unauthorized interference may result in suspension of access or financial liability for damages.

• No Food Policy: No food or eating is allowed anywhere in the facility. Only non-alcoholic beverages in sealed or capped containers are permitted.

• Use of In-House Golf Balls Only: Only Anytime Golf-provided golf balls may be used in the hitting bays. External balls are prohibited as they may carry dirt or damage the hitting screens and turf.

• Property Retention: All golf balls and equipment provided in the facility remain the property of Anytime Golf and may not be removed from the premises. Customers found taking or damaging property may be fined or have access revoked.

• No Loitering: Customers may only be present in the facility during their scheduled booking, plus up to 10 minutes before and 15 minutes after their tee time. Remaining on-site beyond this window is not permitted.

• Smoking and Substances: No smoking, alcohol, marijuana, vaping, or recreational drug use is permitted in any area of the facility. Violators may be fined or banned.

• Cleanliness and Shoes: Clean shoes are required. No outdoor shoes, cleats, high heels, boots, or shoes with metal spikes. Users causing messes or damaging the turf may be charged a cleaning or repair fee.

• Behavior and Noise: Keep noise levels low. No running, rough play, or disruptive behavior. Respect other customers using the facility.

• Unauthorized Access: Do not let anyone into the building who is not part of your booking. Facility access is for registered customers only, including invited guests. All individuals entering the facility must sign the required Waiver and Release of Liability before entering the space.

• Accountability for Unauthorized Entry: Anytime Golf is not responsible for any injury, incident, or loss involving individuals who enter the facility without proper authorization or who have not signed the required Waiver and Release of Liability. In such cases, the customer who booked the session will be held liable for any damage to property or violations caused by the unauthorized individual.

• Equipment Use: Please use the equipment responsibly. While you are free to enjoy the game in your preferred style, any actions that damage or misuse the simulators or facility may result in liability or loss of access.

• Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen property.

• Video Surveillance: The facility is monitored by video surveillance for safety and security purposes. By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded and monitored. Video surveillance is conducted only in public and common areas of the facility; no cameras are installed in private spaces such as washrooms. • Emergencies: In case of emergency, exit the building immediately and call 911. Emergency exits are clearly marked.

 

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of British Columbia.
