Booking windows vary by account tier: non-members can book up to 5 days in advance, while members can book up to 2 weeks in advance.
Yes, we provide all necessary balls and tees for your session. Outside balls and tees are not allowed, as they may contaminate or damage the hitting bays and equipment.
We are a fully automated and unstaffed facility, but we monitor the space remotely and are available via email at info@anytime-golf.com.
Please report any issues to info@anytime-golf.com as soon as possible. We monitor the facility regularly and will investigate promptly. If your experience is negatively impacted, we’ll review the situation and offer appropriate compensation.
You'll receive a CloudKey link via email/text. It activates 10 minutes before your tee time and deactivates 10 minutes after your session ends.

No food is allowed inside the club. You may bring capped, non-alcoholic beverages only. We aim to keep the space clean, odor-free, and focused on golf.
Yes, minors are welcome but must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. Only customers aged 19+ can make bookings.
Yes, but only if you rent the entire facility (all 3 hitting bays) for a private group session. To inquire about availability and rates, please contact us at info@anytime-golf.com.
Yes! All of our bays are 18 ft wide and equipped with the best-in-class Trackman iO launch monitors, which support both Left and Right-Handed golfers to swing freely.
Pricing is per bay, not per person. Each bay accommodates up to 4 players.
Yes, you can park at any parking lots within the plaza, they are all free! And if you can’t find one from the plaza, there are also free street parking nearby.
Yes, public areas are monitored 24/7 for safety and rule enforcement. Disruptive behavior may result in account suspension or penalties. No surveillance in private spaces like washrooms.

Yes, you may invite both players and non-players, as long as the total group stays within the 4 players limit per hitting bay. As the booking customer, you're responsible for your guests’ behavior and compliance with all club rules.
Yes, you can connect your phone to use it as a camera during your session. Just download the Trackman app and create a free Trackman account to save and review your swing videos and data anytime.
Simply enter the keycode from your reservation email to unlock the simulator and start playing - it's as easy as using your phone!
If you're enjoying your session and want to keep playing, simply book your next session through our online booking system within 10 minutes of your current session ending. Otherwise, the simulator will shut off automatically.
